The Oak Leaf hydrangea is native to the southern United States. This plant blooms best in warm and humid summers. The panicle cream white sterile flowers bloom in June until September. It is widely grown for its colorful leaves which are mid-green then darken and turn to beautiful autumn shades of gold and red. Makes a fantastic hedge!
