We ran across this plant in Oregon. It's color is amazing, so dark and rich, it is a show stopper. Foliage is dark green and that sets off the bright blooms. It is said to be a new and old wood blooming cultivar. Compact in nature, this plant will be wonderful as a container plant (to keep the red) or a mass planting.
