This large hydrangea is a prolific source of long blooming color. A handsome lavender blue in acid soil and dramatically accented with a white eye, Niedersachen is a fabulous cultivar. Striking leaves and a performing bloom color make it ideal when you want a strong grower but a soft color that blends itself with other plants. Bred in Germany by J. Wintergalen in 1914.
