We have recently been obsessed with unusual hydrangea relatives here. Chinensis has transformed the breeding world with its hardy blooming qualities, fragrance and yellow colors.  Mounding compact plant that grows 3'.  Serrated florets are white and the fertile flowers are pale yellow and slightly fragrant.
