Hydrangeas Plus :: The Hydrangeas

The Hydrangeas

All sizes available on most cultivars. Click through product to see all available sizes.

Our 1-year plants have been grown in a 3.5” pot for at least one growing season. The container is at least 3” by 3” and foliage is typically 2 to 4”. Special shipping notice - THIS WON'T SHOW AT CHECKOUT.

I can ship up to 6 of these 1-year hydrangeas via USPS Priority Mail for $15. Adjustment will be made after you place the order. US Addresses only.

NOTE from Hydrangeas Plus: These are starter plants and need to be protected from the elements. Plants shipped in the fall should be PROTECTED. The root systems are not established enough to live through the winter and we can't promise they will. Please grow these in a larger container, protect during the winter, and transplant in the spring after your last frost.

Our 2-year plants are growing in a trade 1-gallon container for at least one growing season. The one-gallon plants have a root ball of approximately 4 to 5 inches and foliage can be 4 to 12” in height (DWARF cultivars will be smaller). Please note these plants are not shipped in their original containers and must be planted or potted up immediately after receipt.

Our 3-year plants are approximately three times larger and have been grown in a 3-gallon container for at least one season. The root balls are approximately 6 to 9 inches and foliage can be 12 to 24” in height (DWARF cultivars will be smaller). Please note these plants are not shipped in their original containers and must be planted or potted up immediately after receipt.

Picture of 1-year, 2-year plant and 3-year plant, respectively. Picture is taken in May. Plants may arrive in somewhat less or more state of leaf.
